About Us
PK Gregory and Stephy Leigh Griffin are both well-known singer/songwriters and long-time fixtures of the Northern Arizona music scene, PK in Verde Valley and Steph in Prescott. Having had a mutual admiration of each other’s songwriting and musicianship for 12 years or so, it was only a matter of time before they joined forces.While both artists would probably be filed under “Americana” down at the local record store, their stylistic similarities are rivalled only by their differences, resulting in a sonic style that is less Simon and Garfunkel and more a kind of country-blues White Stripes, bringing elements of spaghetti folk, jazz swing, and fingerstyle blues together with a honky-stomp aesthetic that will burn your barn down with a smile on it’s face, and then rebuild it with better wood.
